I see a lot of HP Pavilion Notebook users have this same problem as I.
No Audio due to a driver problem with Vista andf the "Conexant AC-Link Audio" . I've tried every way to install this driver and other drivers for this chipset. I've tried the command prompt " Bcdedit.exe -set nointegritychecks ON" with the Audio64a.zip . No good..Still No Audio.
HP is well aware of the issue and said they will be getting a driver released ASAP to address this issue.
Any ideas in the mean time? Thanks, Charlie V
